My Granddaughter!

It's been a while since I posted some pictures of my granddaughter, Taylor!  She just turned 2 before Thanksgiving and is a bundle of energy.

Our son, Tyler, wife Tara, and our granddaughter, Taylor!

The TLC's!  Ahhh!!

Isn't she just precious?!  We love her to pieces!!

She went to the pumpkin patch at the Apple Orchard with Mom and Dad!

We are anxiously awaiting Christmas this year and can hardly wait to see how she does in opening her presents – I think Grandma and Grandpa went just a little nuts this year!   If you think she is as adorable as I do, just post your comments below – LOL!

Stampin’ Up! Teeny Tiny Wishes Set

Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set

For today's creation, I wanted to showcase a card that I designed for my annual Customer Appreciation Event being held on Friday, December 2nd – what do you think?!  Would love to hear your comments by clicking at the end of this blog post.  Enjoy!

Supplies:

  • Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set
  • Big Shot
  • Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder
  • Perfect Details texturz plate
  • Silicone rubber
  • Texture impressions pad
  • Beautiful wings embosslit
  • Backgrounds #1 texturz plate
  • Very vanilla velvet ribbon
  • Modern label punch
  • Word window punch
  • Pearls
  • Stampin’ dimensionals

Card Stock:

  • Very vanilla – cut one piece at 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half for base of card
    • Cut one piece at 4” x 5 ¼”
    • Cut one piece at 3 ¼” x 4 ¾”
    • Cut one piece at 3” x 4 ½”
    • Cut one piece at 3” x 3 ½”
    • Cut one piece at 2 ¾” x 3 ¼”
    • Cut one piece at 2 ¼ x 2 ¼”
  • Scraps of very vanilla and early espresso card stock

Step by Step:

  1. Run the 4” x 5 ¼” very vanilla card stock through the Big Shot using the Polka Dots from the Backgrounds #1 texturz plate.  Attach to the very vanilla – base of card.
  2. Attach the 3 ¼” x 4 ¾” very vanilla card stock to the center of the card.  Run the 3” x 4 ½” very vanilla card stock through the Big Shot using the Perfect Details Texturz Plate and attach to the middle of the card.
  3. Run the 2 ¾” x 3 ¼” very vanilla card stock through the Big Shot using the opposite side of the Perfect Details Texturz Plate.  Put 4 dimensionals on the back of the 3” x 3 ½” very vanilla card stock.  Wrap a piece of very vanilla velvet ribbon around the middle of the 3” x 3 ½” very vanilla card stock and secure on back with tape.  Attach all to the right center of the base of the very vanilla card.
  4. Take the 2 ¼” x 2 ¼” very vanilla card stock and run through the Big Shot using the Beautiful Butterflies embosslit.  Attach under the ribbon using a stampin’ dimensional.  Put a pearl in the center of the butterfly.
  5. Cut out a modern label using scraps of early espresso card stock.  Stamp your greeting using early espresso ink and stamp onto a scrap piece of very vanilla card stock.  Cut out using the word window punch.  Attach all together and then to the front of the card as shown above.
  6. Your card is finished!
