Peaceful Season Christmas Card

Christmas cards not done yet or even a glimmer of hope of an idea?!  Well, here is a quick, quick card that I received from Lisa F. at Founder's Circle that you can use to get it done in a hurry!  If you ordered supplies today – you should get by the end of next week and then assembly time will be fast.  My Stamp a Stack group made this card on Sunday/Monday of this week and LOVED it!  Aren't Minnesota winters lovely with snow and ice – you never know what you are going to get.  Orders for supplies can be shipped direct to your door and on my website 24/7!!

Supplies:

 

Card Stock:

  • Marina Mist – cut one piece at 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half for base of card and one piece at 2 1/2” x 3 ¼”
  • Shimmery white – cut one piece at 5 ¼” x 4” and cut one piece at 2 ¼ ” x 3”
  • Scraps of marina mist card stock

 

Step by Step Directions:

  1. Put the 5 ¼” x 4” shimmery white card stock into the Northern Flurries embossing folder and put through the Big Shot.  Attach to the Marina mist – base of card.
  2. Stamp “Peace on Earth” from the Peaceful Season stamp set using marina mist ink and stamp onto the smallest piece of shimmery white paper.  Attach to the smaller piece of marina mist card stock.
  3. Put 4 dimensionals on the back of your greeting.  Adhere to the top right side of your card.
  4. Using the Northern Frost Decorative strip die – cut out a snowflake from one of the snowflakes using a scrap piece of marina mist.  Attach to the bottom left side of your greeting using mini glue dots.
  5. Take a rhinestone from your package – they are self adhesive and attach to the center of the snowflake.
  6. Your card is finished!

Quick & Cute Thank You Card

Have you ever been in a pinch to have a quick card to send someone?  Well, look no further!  Here is the perfect one for that occasion that I received as a swap from Jill K.   My Stamp a Stack group made this at our class this past Sunday and it is so QUICK!

Supplies:

  • So Many Thanks stamp set
  • Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder
  • Marina mist stamp pad
  • Big Shot
  • Multi purpose platform
  • Standard cutting pads
  • Night of navy marker
  • Real red marker
  • Pear pizzazz marker
  • 5/8” real red satin ribbon
  • Stampin’ dimensionals
  • Mini glue dots

Card Stock:

  • Chocolate chip – cut one piece at 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold in half for base of card
  • Whisper white – cut one piece at 5 ¼” x 4” and cut one piece at 2” x 2”
  • Night of navy – cut one piece at 3 ¼” x 3 ½”
  • Pear pizzazz – cut one piece at 2 ½” x 2 ½”
  • Real red – cut one piece at 2 ¼” x 2 ¼”

Step by Step Directions:

  1. Put the largest piece of whisper white card stock into the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder and put through the Big Shot.  Attach to the chocolate chip – base of card.
  2. Put the night of navy card stock into the Perfect polka dots embossing folder and put through the Big Shot.  Attach to the whisper white card stock in #1 above.
  3. Using your markers and the “So Many Thanks” stamp – marker in the words using the real red for the “Thanks”, Pear Pizzazz for the top right of the greeting, and night of navy for the rest of the words.  “HUFF” on the ink to freshen and stamp onto the smallest piece of whisper white card stock.
  4. Attach #3 above to the real red card stock and then to the pear pizzazz card stock.  Put 4 dimensionals on the back.
  5. Fold a 4” piece of 5/8” real red satin ribbon in half and secure with snail adhesive.  Attach to the center back of the pear pizzazz card stock.
  6. Remove paper backings from the dimensionals and attach to the center of the night of navy card stock.
  7. Your card is finished!

What are the minimum sales requirements? 

You only need to submit $300 in sales per quarter.  Your first full quarter (if you signed up today) would not be due until March 31st!  You can submit sales in any increments as you wish and still receive your 20% discount!

Can I be my own hostess?

Yes!  You will receive the hostess benefits as well as receiving your discount and commission at the end of the month!

Do I have to recruit other demonstrators?

No!  However, if you do – it is extra money in your pocket!

Where will I get project ideas and training?

From me!  From Stampin' Up! - you get training via the Demonstrator Web Site, training DVD, seasonal and annual catalogs and also at Stampin' Up! events!  There are endless options out there and I am here to be your creative coach!

What if I decide that I don't like it once I've started?

You may choose to stop at any time – there is not penalty for doing that.   You just stop placing orders and you get to keep your Starter Kit!
